Please note that if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can ask for exchange or refund within 30 days after the delivery of the package at your place.
In case you are not satisfied with your Hermes bags , we offer you an opportunity of exchange. However, we would not hold responsibility for damages caused by malice action(by customer herself/himself), any exchange or refund would be rejected.
Following conditions are obligatory:
- E-mail your return request to email@example.com for returning address within 3 days after you receive the order.
- Returns will only be accepted when it's in its original condition and the item(s) matches the item(s) on our Order Records. Make sure you return the item in unused , the original packaging is also required.
- For all defective items, buyer need to send pictures to proof the damages parts.
- For exchange cases, please send the product back first and provide us a delivery tracking serial number and the link where to track this. We will have a new product dispatched to you as soon as we receive the return package
- E-mail your refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org for returning address within 3 days after you receive the order.
- We would not hold responsibility for damages caused by malice action(by customer herself/himself),any refund would be rejected.
- When refund is processing, please be noted that you should send the product back to us, providing a tracking serial number and tracking link. When the product arrives, we'll issue a refund in full immediately.
- Warranty claims cover all manufacturers’ defects. The defects should not be caused by water, fire or chemical damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the colors etc.). If the defects occurred during shipping, you are asked to contact us upon the receipt of the order.
- In case the product is defective in nature, we will re-send you the exact same model immediately. In case the model is out of stock, you will be able to choose another one of the same cost.
- Make sure to observe all warranty claims. Our company bears no responsibility for shipping losses and damages. Please, post-mark the product no later than 7 days from the day of reception.
- Please, be aware that return takes up to 4 weeks.
- Prior to exchange, the damaged item is carefully inspected.
- Returning an item that had a discount at the moment of the purchasing the amount of the promotional offer will not be refunded if the discount term is expired. Any unexpired promotional funds will be certainly refunded.
- Please note that we can refund the amount only back to the original credit card which was used by a customer to make a payment.
